Our Representatives

Warren has a Bachelor of Economics, a Diploma of Education, and experience as a secondary school teacher.  He drew on his education and experience to establish the Hellyer Training Services, a SkillShare project.

Within three years the organisation went from one employee to 40 staff, generating an annual turnover of almost $3.5 million. Warren then left to establish the West Coast Development Board based in Strahan.

After establishing the Board Warren graduated with a Masters Degree in Business Administration he then returned to Burnie to practice as an accountant.  He started as a management consultant and within two years established his current business, Moore Consulting in 1999. His experience and practical advice has helped many clients to establish and grow their business.

Warren provides business advisory services throughout the municipalities of Burnie, Waratah-Wynyard, Circular Head, West Coast and King Island.

Carmen is employed as project co-ordinator with Moore Consulting as well as with Braddon Business Centre, and has recently completed a Certificate IV in Community Services with TAFE Tasmania. With over fifteen years office administration and program management experience, Carmen brings a practical understanding for clients, particularly in the areas of:

• Program and event co-ordination;
• Client liaison and scheduling;
• Program administration, reporting and compliance;
• Contract management; and,
• Documentation.

Fleur has over 20 years experience in providing accountancy services.

She holds a bachelor of commerce, is an FCPA, a registered tax agent, a registered self managed superannuation fund auditor, a member of the NTAA and has obtained her Diploma of Financial Planning.

She is supported by a professional team with extensive experience.

Fleur provides business advisory services throughout the municipalities of Central Coast, Devonport, Latrobe and Kentish.
